Notwithstanding the foregoing, you or Wolfgang Career Coaching may seek injunctive relief from an appropriate court located in Austin, Texas prior to or during the arbitration. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within six (6) months after the cause of action arises.
