Amy Started as a Client of a Personal Career Coach

In the early-2000’s, Amy Wolfgang sat in her cubicle feeling unsatisfied about her job. It was a good job where she performed well, was paid fairly, and liked the people she worked with. Something, however, was missing but she couldn’t figure out what.

Over the next two years, Amy changed a lot of things in her life... except her job. So Amy embarked on a personal journey to find a career doing something that made her happy and feel fulfilled.

Career Counseling Led Scott to Career Satisfaction

Despite the success he was having, Scott sold his business in 2005 and moved from Silicon Valley to Austin, Texas. Reflecting upon his 20 years of experience, Scott finally saw that all of his promotions and all of his accomplishments weren't what he really wanted.

It was only after working with a career coach that Scott realized why he was happier mentoring and developing people as a manager rather than running a business as an executive.
